Dave DeMott has been racing solos and sidecars since the age of 16, a racing experience spanning over 30 years .  A big part of the enjoyment of racing was doing his own preparation and tuning.

Dave is a time served Tool Maker with experience in all aspects of engineering from design (including CAD) to manufacture, on both manual and computer controlled machine tools.

The DDM sidecar story began in 2015 when Dave decided that his dream would be to design, build and race his own machine at the prestigeous Isle of Man TT races.

After months of design and build time the bike was ready.  The picture here is Dave and his passenger Kev Jones approaching the Goose Neck in May 2016.

The next step in the DDM story was for Dave to market and sell them for a living.  This one has already been sold.
